As part of FCAHT's mission to bring human trafficking to the forefront of law enforcement, service providers and community organizations and to form partnerships among communities to fight this horrific crime, FCAHT is offering trainings and outreach free of charge.
Helping other communities form their own task forces, coalitions and community partnerships is one of the primary missions of FCAHT and assistance is offered at no cost directly to agencies and community groups interested in learning from other programs. Our presentation can be from 20-60 minutes and our trainings from 1/2 day to full day. Our programs are tailored to the specific audience. FCAHT will also continue to provide your agency with technical assistance at no cost. Our training video library includes trainings, documentaries and human trafficking movies from many countries around the world.
Our trainers have been working with human trafficking victims since the 1990's and have been recognized nationally and internationally. FCHAT has provided trainings in Guatemala, Peru, Argentina, New Mexico, Georgia, Puerto Rico, Dallas, North Carolina, Ohio, Philadelphia, Baltimore, New York, South Carolina, St.Louis, Houston, Massachussets, Chicago, Conneticut, California, Kansas, St. Lucia, Ecuador, Bolivia, Uruguay and Florida.

Anna Rodriguez
Anna Rodriguez has served as a victim advocate with the Collier County Sheriff's office and an outreach coordinator for the Immokalee Shelter for Abused Women in Collier County, Florida. During her 10 years serving CCSO, first as a volunteer and then as a Victim Advocate, Anna has over 300 hours of law enforcement trainings and development programs offered by the Florida Attorney General's Office and other agencies. Anna has also accumulated over 1,500 hours of law enforcement training specifically in the field of human trafficking.
Her first experience with a Human Trafficking case was in 1999; U.S.vs Tecum. It developed from a "home visitation" following up on a domestic violence incident. She noticed the presence of a young female who turned out to be a victim of human trafficking. Anna identified "red flags" that made her suspicious and eventually she helped get the victim out. Today the Tecum case has become a major case study by FSU, Croft Institute for International and the New York Times, among others. Anna was also able to identify and work a case known as the "Blackjack" case and a domestic servitude case, in which she also assisted FBI and ICE. In recognition of Anna's work and dedication, she was invited as part of the Tecum case team, the Federal Prosecutors and the victim by Former Attorney General John Ashcroft, to be recognized and witness the signing of the "T" Visa in Washington DC. for her work and assistance. On July 16th, 2004 in Tampa, Anna was publicly recognized by President George W. Bush during his speech at the US Department of Justice National Human Trafficking Conference for her dedication to identify, rescue and restore human trafficking victims. She has been recognized by US Congressman Mario Diaz Balart with the American Flag flown at the US Capitol and a Certificate of Recognition. She has also been recognized by Senator Mel Martinez, author David Batstone in his book Not for Sale, as well as in the Documentary produced by Robert Macarrelli. Anna has also been recognized by Producer Michael Cory Davis in Cargo: Innocence Lost, Marynnoll Productions in Lives for Sale, The Florida Channel on Crossroads: Slavery in Florida, CBS Evening News, CBS Early Show, Telemundo, Wink TV, New-Press,Florida Weekly, Police Chief Magazine, CNN, Atlanta Journal, Miami Times and Terra Communications among many others. She is currently working on 1 human trafficking book and 2 documentaries. Anna has received numerous recognitions and awards for her passion and dedication to identify, rescue and restore victims' lives. Anna travels around the nation speaking and training law enforcement, community organizations and faith-based organizations about human trafficking. Anna has been invited to speak in Guatemala, Argentina, St. Lucia, Peru, Puerto Rico and most importantly during the premiere of Lives for Sale at the United Nations. She also spoke during the premiere of Lives for Sale in Miami, FL.
In 2004 Anna founded the Florida Coalition Against Human Trafficking in Naples, Florida. Today the Florida Coalition Against Human Trafficking has offices in Miami, Tampa, Shalimar, Orlando and headquarters in Bonita Springs.
Brad Dennis
Brad Dennis,is the Director of Search Operations for KlaasKids Foundation's National Search Center for Missing Children. He has over twenty years of experience in search and rescue and disaster response. He has managed search efforts for over 60 missing/abducted children around the country including, managing the search following the abduction of Polly Klaas. He has instructed thousands in search and rescue procedures, teaches seminars nationwide, and is an instructor for the National Association of Search and Rescue Technician program and their K-9 certification program. He has completed numerous search management, law enforcement investigative and forensics training courses. He authored the "Predatory Abduction Search Management" course offered to law enforcement agencies. He is a certified SAR Manager/Incident Commander, K-9 Evaluator/Handler, Victim Advocate and Search and Rescue Technician and serves as Co-Director of the Gulf Coast Search and Recovery K-9's, Inc. in Pensacola, Florida.
Since 2005, Brad has actively pursued the identification and rescue of victims of Human Trafficking and child sex exploitation. He has identified and rescued minors from traffickers in Pensacola, Kansas City and Texas.
Mr. Dennis retired from the U.S. Navy as a Master Chief Petty Officer.
